Here is “Knot”, a short comic I drew to sell at Mocca and TCAF this year. The printed version is going to be SO PRETTY. I’m in love with the cover (which I will post later).

I just wanted to do something fairy-tale-like that talked about doubts and frustrations and how to deal with them. I’m really happy with how colorful and adorable the story turned out to be.

If you enjoyed “Knot”, please consider reblogging it and/or checking out my ongoing webcomic Namesake! HUGS TO ALL OF YOU!

Isa’s been showing me wips of this for awhile, look how pretty this is finished, ahhh!!

Soldatino (Nico’s Lullaby) by Paola Bennet

Yes yes I did a thing

but I just can’t hold myself, the song is just amazing and my hand just itch to turn it to video … and I did use viria’s art for the video (not that I don’t like the other artists … no seriously I had hard time deciding which artist I should use—it’s just most of the art I use in my channel before are all virias, so I guess I will go with hers now, but I’ll try to use others too later).

Paola Bennet I can’t just put a word on how her voice and song work. I’m crying. Curl on my bed and just bawling while keep repeating her songs (yeah songs, I go through all her songs in her sounclouds)

So hope you guys enjoy it.

—on the other note if Paola want this video to be put down, I’ll definetly put it down. At least I already put it out there to the world to listen to her amazing song *grin*

Seven Steps to the Perfect Story

From structure and plot to heroes and characters, your story must have everything in place if it’s to connect with the reader. Follow our guide to storytelling success.

There’s an eighth step most of these things tend to miss. It’s called practice. One would assume that such a step follows without needing a mention, but I think it’s important enough to deserve bringing to notice.
